We are known for our homemade buttercream. (chocolate or vanilla)   That is our most popular frosting and the one we most recommend.  We can add various flavors if you desire a certain flavor.

Cream cheese is popular, but it doesnt decorate well.  If you want the cake to look good and have cream cheese frosting, we recommend using it as a filling.

Rolled fondant is the beautiful frosting that you see used on food network shows.  It is a beautiful and versatile icing.  Some people love it and some don't.  We use a thin layer of buttercream under the layer of fondant.  If you don't like fondant, we can usually adapt fondant designs to buttercream cakes and just use the fondant for accents.  Fondant is a slightly more expensive frosting.

Whipped frosting is something we use only in cases of food allergy.  It doesnt decorate very well, can crack or split in the humidity and colors tend to bleed.  We believe that this option is bet left to sheet cakes with little color or decoration.
